• Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before check-in without any cancellation charge.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to a one-night room charge.
• In case of a no-show, the full amount of the first night may be charged.
• Any applicable refund will be processed according to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect.
• For special rates, advance-purchase bookings, or promotional offers, different cancellation terms may apply.
